Training engineers with small and medium-sized enterprise network deployment and O&M capabilities

The Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA) -Routing & Switching Fast Track course provides foundational networking knowledge such as basic connection methods of popular networks, basic network construction, troubleshooting of common network faults, installation and commissioning of Huawei routing and switching devices. The training will help students gain a basic understanding of small and medium-sized networks, including general network technologies, and the ability to assist the design of small and medium-sized networks, and implement the designs using Huawei routing and switching devices. This course prepares students for the HCIA Routing and Switching certification exam.

Objectives

On completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

• Configure link aggregation, VLAN to enhance the performance of Layer two networks.

• Configure HDLC, PPP, PPPoE to implement WAN interconnection.

• Performing NAT Configuration.

• Configure ACL, AAA, and IPSec/GRE to provide security solutions for IP networks.

• Configure SNMP to manage networks in a unified manner.

• Know about principle of MPLS and Segment Routing.

Prerequisites

• Be familiar with PC operations.

• Have a basic understanding of IT technologies and network knowledge.
